Provider Contact Center

Hours of Operation
Contact Center Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Eastern and Central time (excluding holiday closings) to handle Medicare Part A and Part B Issues.

Additional Support
At any time that you are not satisfied with the level of service you receive from the Customer Service Center, you may request additional support from our leadership. You may request to speak with a supervisor. A supervisor will return your call within 48 hours. If you are still not satisfied with the level of service provided, you may request to speak with the Customer Service Center Manager for Medicare Part A and Part B – Ethel Miranda. She can be reached at (904) 791-6012. If your issue is still not resolved, you may contact Laura Rountree, Director, Customer Service Center, at (904) 791-6370. Our expectation is that you have a positive interaction with our Contact Center representatives every time you contact us.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Specific claim information is available from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Recorded information on current Medicare issues is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
