eLearning (Learning Management System)

All providers now have the ability to track, print and record their educational activities with the launch of FCSO’s (First Coast Service Options Inc.) new Learning Management System (LMS), located at www.fcsomedicaretraining.com external link.
Some features available to users are downloadable student transcripts, course progress tracking, and an online resource library. All webcasts and teleconferences, along with both online and instructor-led training, will be hosted within the LMS. Future enhancements will include bulletin boards, Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and learning plans. Providers and their staff will be able to register for FCSO-sponsored events, such as Medifest, through the LMS.
If you are a first-time user of the LMS, you will need to set up an account. To do so, follow these steps:
2. From the welcome page, click I need to request an account just above the log on button.
3. Complete the Request User Account form. (Providers who do not yet have an NPI number may use 9999.)
4. You will receive your logon information within 72 hours of requesting an account.
