Provider Contact Center Closures
Training Closures
The Florida Part A Provider Contact Center will be closed from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on the following dates:
• Friday, September 5, 2008
• Friday, September 12, 2008
• Friday, September 19, 2008
• Friday, September 26, 2008
Our customer service representatives will be undergoing training during the above referenced times.
Although our customer service representatives will not be available, the Medicare Part A Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit will be available as usual at 1-877-602-8816 (toll-free).
The Florida Part B Provider Contact Center will be closed from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. on the following dates:
• Friday, September 5, 2008
• Friday, September 12, 2008
• Friday, September 19, 2008
• Friday, September 26, 2008
The Florida Medicare Part B Provider Contact Center will typically be closed on Friday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for staff training purposes. Our customer service representatives will be undergoing training during the above referenced times.
Although our customer service representatives will not be available, the Medicare Part B Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit will be available as usual at 1- 877-847-4992 (toll-free).
