Checking Enrollment Status via the IVR
First Coast Service Options Inc., (FCSO) recently enhanced the provider interactive voice response (IVR) menu with the ability to check enrollment application status. This enhancement was implemented July 1, 2008.
The following enrollment application status information is provided via the IVR menu:
• Finalized – Application is denied, rejected, or returned.
• Pending – Application has been processed and is pending for approval.
• Returned Development – Application is processing; however, additional information is needed.
• Approved – Application was approved and finalized.
• Merged – Application has been merged with another application.
The enhanced menu option requires a 15-digit correspondence control number (CCN) to check the status of an application.
Provider Access
Part A providers: call 1-877-602-8816, press main menu option 2, and then select option 2.
Part B providers: call 1-877-847-4992, press main menu option 2, and then select option 3.
