The Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008 (MIPPA) was enacted on July 15, 2008. This legislation includes a delay in the DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program. Until additional guidance regarding the new law’s impact on this program is received, we have temporarily removed the FAQs previously available.
