Currently, when a claim has been transmitted between FISS and CWF three times, it will suspend with reason code 37153. Since First Coast Service Options’ (FCSO) transition to the new data center, Companion Data Services (CDS), on August 11, 2008, these claims are no longer being reprocessed automatically.

Until FCSO implements system changes for claims that suspend with reason code 37153, these claims will to suspend to location M3715. FCSO is currently testing changes so these claims can be released as soon as possible.
