Laboratory national coverage determination edit software for October 2008

Summary
The last quarterly release of the edit module was issued in July 2008. Change request (CR) 6213 incorporates all changes from July 2008 to the present and has no other changes.
CR 6213 announces changes to the laboratory edit module, for changes in the laboratory NCD code lists for October 2008. These changes are detailed in the attached link and are effective for services furnished on or after October 1, 2008.
