When First Coast Service Options Inc. (FCSO) transitioned to the new Part A data center, Companion Data Services (CDS), on August 11, 2008, claims for which no reimbursement was made (e.g., claims rejected for Medicare Secondary Payer [MSP] or claims submitted as no-pay claims) were not printed on remittance advice notices created on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

CDS has advised FCSO that this problem has been resolved and all claims will now print on the remittance advice. In addition, CDS is in the process of determining how remittance advices can be recreated for those claims that did not print initially.
