First Coast Service Options Inc. (FCSO) identified where the incorrect rehabilitation rate was added to the HCPC file for codes G0237, G0238, and G0239. This caused an incorrect payment to outpatient claims billed with dates of service January 1, 2008, through July 25, 2008.

This problem was corrected July 26, 2008, and it does not impact claims submitted on or after July 27, 2008.

FCSO is identifying impacted claims and will perform adjustments as needed. Additional information will be posted to the FCSO Medicare Web site as it becomes available.
