Tips to help you reset your mailbox password

Be sure to make note of your new password; it will never be displayed
Your password is confidential and is not retained by First Coast Service Options Inc.
Passwords must be 8 characters long, alphanumeric and uppercase only
New passwords must differ from old passwords by at least 4 characters
Passwords may not match your mailbox nor the word "password"
Passwords may not be repeated within 10 updates
Your password expires every 60 days. Please review your session log for your next password expiration date
After a new mailbox password is set, the new information must be used when accessing your mailbox
Your mailbox and password information is sent to you after completion of an EDI new installation application
Mailbox IDs can contain upper or lower case letters [A-Z, a-z] or numbers [0-9]. Entry is case sensitive
Mailbox numbers are 9 characters long
Please contact your vendor for additional information on updating your logon command
