Because some organizations have enhanced their firewalls or security settings, we may not be able to successfully deliver our eNews notices to individuals within those organizations. Please check with your organization’s IT staff to determine how they can identify our organization as an approved sender to your individual email address. We recommend requesting them to ensure that email from the 'fcso.com' and 'icpbounce.com'' domains be permitted. The same recommendation applies to some email providers.

Email providers like AOL, Yahoo!, Hotmail, and others are constantly changing their methods to classify email. Our system delivers email to all accounts the same way, and the vast majority get it in their main inbox. Some email providers filter messages based on the ‘From’ address and may put email into the recipient's bulk or spam mail folder. We recommend that you add 'fcso.com' and 'icpbounce.com' domains to your 'Approved Sender' list. If your email service provider does not offer such 'Approved Sender' lists, please request them to allow notices from 'fcso.com' and 'icpbounce.com' domains to be delivered.
