Provider contact center closures
Training closures
• The Florida Part A provider contact center will be closed for business on the following dates:
• Friday, January 9, 2009, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
• Friday, January 16, 2009, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
• Friday, January 23, 2009, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
• Friday, January 30, 2009, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Our customer service representatives will be undergoing training during the above referenced times.
Although our customer service representatives will not be available, the Medicare Part A Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit will be available as usual at 1-877-602-8816 (toll free).
• The Florida Part B provider contact center will be closed for business on the following dates:
• Friday, January 9, 2009, 8:00-10:00 a.m.
• Friday, January 16, 2009, 8:00-10:00 a.m.
• Friday, January 23, 2009, 8:00-10:00 a.m.
• Friday, January 30, 2009, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
The Florida Medicare Part B provider contact center is typically closed on Friday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for staff training purposes. Our customer service representatives will be undergoing training during the above referenced times.
Although our customer service representatives will not be available, the Medicare Part B Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit will be available as usual at 1- 877-847-4992 (toll free).
