(FCSO) has developed a Web-based training course to assist providers and their staff when Medicare requests additional information and/or medical documentation to process a claim or service correctly. The Medical Documentation Requests course is available through FCSO‘s electronic learning management system (LMS) at www.fcsomedicaretraining.com .

Medicare providers and their staff who receive claim denials stating that the requested additional documentation/information was not received timely.

Log on to your account on the provider training Web site at www.fcsomedicaretraining.com and select the Medical Documentation Requests course. If you are a first time user, set up an account using the instructions indicated on the Welcome to the FCSO Medicare Training Web site page.
