Web-based training for medical documentation requests
First Coast Service Options Inc. (FCSO) has developed a Web-based training course to assist providers and their staff when Medicare requests additional information and/or medical documentation to process a claim or service correctly. The Medical Documentation Requests course is available through FCSO‘s electronic learning management system (LMS) at www.fcsomedicaretraining.com

Who may benefit from this course?
Medicare providers and their staff who receive claim denials stating that the requested additional documentation/information was not received timely.
How to register
Log on to your account on the provider training Web site at www.fcsomedicaretraining.com
and select the Medical Documentation Requests course. If you are a first time user, set up an account using the instructions indicated on the Welcome to the FCSO Medicare Training Web site page.
