Free Medicare Part A educational webcast

We’ll make the most of this informative 1 ½ hour webcast by reviewing the best methods to track and edit claims and receive claim payments. The course will examine the most frequent claim filing errors and offer suggestions for avoiding them. We will take you on a virtual tour of the self-service tools to enable you to find the information you need and the answers you want, without having to pick up your phone. We’ll also afford you the opportunity to get answers to your questions about billing Medicare services from the experts at First Coast Service Options Inc.
If you would like to submit questions in advance, please fax them to the attention of Anna Wehner at 904-791-6035. Questions must be received by November 14, 2008, in order for us to research and provide the answers. We may not be able to cover specific claim questions; however, we can answer them at a high level.

Two easy ways to register

Online - To register for this seminar, please visit our new training Web site at www.fcsomedicaretraining.com external link. If you’re already a registered user of FCSO’s Learning Management System (LMS), simply, log on and select the specific session you’re interested in taking. Click the Preview Schedule button at the bottom, and then click Register.
• If you are a first-time user of the LMS, you will need to set up an account. To do so, follow these steps:
1. From the welcome page, click on I need to request an account just above the log on button.
2. Complete the Request User Account form. (Note: Providers who do not yet have an NPI may use 9999.)
3. You will receive your log on information within 72 hours of requesting an account.
4. Once your registration is complete, log on and select Course Catalog, then select Catalog. Select the specific session you’re interested in. Click the Preview Schedule button at the bottom, and then click Register.
5. Handouts will be available for download in the LMS two days prior to the event.

Webcast instructions

• An e-mail confirmation, with a link to the Web portion of the webcast will be sent to you upon successful completion of the form. Save this e-mail.
• Use the link in the e-mail to join the Web portion of the webcast a few minutes prior to the call on the date of the webcast. WebEx, the webcast facilitator, may need to check that your computer can run the software properly.
• While WebEx is loading, dial 1-866-469-3239 to join the teleconference portion of the seminar.
