Beneficiaries can now access information about nursing homes that have a history of poor performance or repeated violations of state and federal health safety rules as determined by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. A listing of offending facilities, including information about what prompted the action, can be seen at Nursing Home Compare External Link.
